Suggested projects will be retained as part of a database and will be evaluated for consideration as a restoration project to help restore Mississippi. Any selected projects will be subject to public review and comment. Submittal of a project idea does not guarantee that it will be selected for funding and/or implementation.

Please complete all of the information requested with the best information that you have available. Limited attachments are acceptable if they are necessary to adequately describe the project, however every effort should be made to have all pertinent information included on the Restoration Project Information Sheet. Specific instructions for each field in the form can be obtained by placing your mouse pointer on the symbol associated with the field title.

Is the project new or an existing project? A project is considered a 'Change to an Existing Project' if the project has been previously submitted through the MS project information sheet. Would you like to enter a new project or edit an existing project?
